Great video. Also whilst adjusting the clutch lever you showed me that I had been adjusting it incorrectly! I’ve just been in my garage and adjusted it the way you did and I’ve now got the lever just where I want it to be! Thanks from Paul in the UK!

How much price

Very solid video, simple and informative! If you ever get the chance, I'd be interested to learn how the wheelie control works on these bikes. I know it isn't technically wheelie control, being as it is tied into the KTRC system, but past that I get confused on when and how much the modes will allow front wheel lift. I recently purchased a 2023 ZH2 and its a topic I'd like to be more knowledgeable on.

I love that it's 2024 and this video is only a year old, as opposed to the other 16 year old vids which I feel are obsolete, so I see I'm back to "reality". Looking forward to the results of the test so to speak since I'm in the market for the "ultimate riding machine" (No, I didn't say "driving" ...) EDIT : Wow, I had no idea it has reverse. This just may be the bike for me. A Goldwing is too big, and this seems just right.

Im thinking of buying an SE and tried a new one with 80 miles on last week and the bike definitely has a snatchy throttle,took a bit of time to get used to it but it put me off a little to be honest

no. yellow lilghts are more like the sunlight / firelight, work better for the human brain/eye. White light is not. You've got it backwards. Yellow is what our eyes evolved with.

I just downsized from an fz6 to a 2022 mt 03 and I absolutely love it. The fuel economy is impressive and its quicker than I thought it would be. I live in rural England and this is the perfect size and weight for b road riding and commuting to work.

Thank you for this video, it's really informative. I believe light, small-displacement bikes are a lot of fun. The Suzuki GD110 was probably the most fun bike I ever owned. I've been riding for a few years and have no need for a large engine; I'd never get to take advantage of that where I am. I'm trying to decide which bike I want next, so your videos are VERY helpful. I'll have to ride each of my options to help finalize my decision.

Hi Peter .. as a person looking to get a Can Am in July I am doing my research. I have watched all your videos on these which as been informative but could you do a Sea to Sky comparison with the F3 Limited Special Series ; Please … personally those are the 2 models I’m debating or indecisive about .

I've probably watched every Video on UA-cam to figure out if I want the Prim or the GTS, but this ist the FIRST one that goes way beyond "take the 300, it's got more power!!". Thank you so much for also focusing on the small differences and things like seat position and weather or not my feet will reach the ground (which in the end is a limiting factor for many of us, and the point that currently concerns me most).

The Santa Cruz reminds me of the Cadillac Pickup that looks silly! Like who would want one, unless you had to carry something toxic like a Can of Gas in the back? If you want a truck, get a Ford! I want a Truck that feels more like an SUV, so I can just sit down without having to climb up to sit down. I also like how the rear bed is lower, so I can put heavy objects (such as an electric wheelchair) inside without having to raise things up to my shoulders to get them in.

How do you spend 18 minutes talking about a bike in a parking lot without riding it?

A friend lent me one for a month and boy is this an amazing bike. Btw I'm an owner of a Royal Enfield 650 twin but I'm now mighty impressed and considering this as a secondary bike, infact I have already made a deposit for it but I have my eyes on the honda nx500 too which is almost 2x the price of this, let's see what happens

Really detailed review thanks. FYI, I have the 2022 model, it’s great but there are a few things, the electronic steering lock almost never works. It’s really temperamental and the KTM app isn’t great for linking to navigation. Would recommend though, it’s about 5k cheaper than the equivalent Ducati.

Bevel drives can't rev? Remember the old Ducati's? They're noisy, heavy, hard to align, but last forever.

How are the ergonomics on the 2024 vs the 2023? For someone whos 6”2? Lowering the bars sounds like backpain on longer rides..

Get the GTS 300 if you want convenient , fun, alternate transportation, the ability and performance to merge and keep up with the fastest city traffic in any city, also freeway capable for short trips or longer ones in a pinch. Electric scooters and motorcycles are even worse than electric cars for those that value time and money or work for a living

I have had a 2015 KLR 650 since new, it now has about 45,000 miles on it & has been a great bike. I would like an "S" model to get closer to the ground, but I also like the fact that my bike has a Carb, no cat converter or O2 sensor for simplicity and they also took the helmet holder/lock off after 2018, which I don't like so I would need to either risk my helmet getting swiped or carry it with me when I park the bike when out with it. I also really like the LED headlight with both sides illuminated on low or high beam on the new bikes.
